A STAGE OF
HIS OWN.
AY Young is a recording artist, songwriter, producer, dancer, and entertainer with a career forged in front of live audiences. From festivals and campuses to corporate stages and global convenings, his performances are built around energy, music, and audience connection.
He has performed more than 1,200 live concerts and events. His work includes shared bills and stages with artists such as Wiz Khalifa, Shaggy, T-Pain, Flo Rida, Wyclef Jean, Janelle Monáe, and The Roots.
In 2012, he founded Battery Tour, building a way to perform concerts powered by clean energy. His journey to 1,000 Battery Tour shows, and the long-term Project 17 vision, are extensions of the artist — not substitutes for him.

THE LEGACY.
AY is a United Nations Young Leader for the Sustainable Development Goals, an Eagle Scout, and the founder of Battery Tour and Project 17. Those distinctions reveal more about the artist’s world — but the first invitation is always the music.
