This notice explains how AY-MusiK LLC uses information collected through AY Young’s official website and the services connected to it. For privacy questions or requests, email info@batterytour.com.
Information you choose to provide
Booking and partnership forms collect the contact, organization and event or opportunity details you enter. We use these details to assess the inquiry, communicate with you and keep business records. Please do not include payment-card details, sensitive personal information or unnecessary information about children in an inquiry.
Email updates
Joining the artist email list is optional. The signup form asks for your email address and an affirmative choice to receive AY Young music, show announcements and artist updates. Booking or partnership inquiries do not enroll you in that list. You can use the unsubscribe option in marketing emails or contact us to stop receiving updates.
Merchandise and checkout
Our merchandise store uses Wix’s commerce services and our configured payment services. Product selections, shopping-bag contents and checkout information are processed to complete purchases and provide customer support. Payment information is entered in the secure checkout flow, not in our booking or partnership forms. Applicable delivery options, charges and store terms are shown in checkout.
Cookies, local storage and technical information
Wix and the website use essential technology for hosting, security, form submission and shopping sessions. Your browser may retain a visitor session so your shopping bag can persist between pages. Our launch default consent policy disables optional analytics, advertising and third-party-data-sharing categories. Essential service and security processing remains necessary. If optional measurement tools are enabled later, this notice and the relevant consent controls should be updated first.
Who receives information
Our authorized team and service providers, including Wix, receive information needed to respond to inquiries, operate the website, manage email preferences and fulfill purchases. Booking inquiries are directed to the booking team. Partnership inquiries also reach the strategy team. Information may be processed outside your country where the services we use operate.
Third-party destinations
Music, video, press, EPK and social links can take you to other services, including Symphonic, YouTube, Google Drive and social platforms. Those services apply their own privacy terms. Following an external link does not by itself sign you up for our artist emails.
Retention and requests
We retain information as needed for the relevant inquiry, subscription, transaction, business records, dispute resolution or legal obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or to raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your request, and some transaction or business records may need to be retained.
Scouting and younger visitors
Scout event booking and partnership inquiries are intended for adult organizers. Young visitors should involve a parent or guardian before sharing personal information, buying merchandise or joining email updates. Contact us if a child’s information was provided without appropriate permission so we can review and address it.
