Before Battery Tour became a wider platform, it began with a simple goal: finding a way to get AY’s music in front of people.
In its September 4, 2026 interview, Pollstar talks with AY about Kansas City, his influences and the independent path behind his live career.
The conversation also makes an important distinction: AY can perform on a conventional professional stage. Battery Tour is an optional production and storytelling layer, not a requirement for booking him.
